As someone who was wrongfully accused and won.

1) get a lawyer. Not just any lawyer, mortgage your house sell your car, get the best fucking lawyer you can find.

2) dont say a fucking word to anyone except your lawyer. If you did one correctly tly your lawyer will tell you to shut the fuck up.

3) this is going to ruin your life for 10 years even if you are innocent. So get used to it.

4) if you can afford it after paying your lawyer pay an internet reputation firm to bury all of the stories.

I paid over $250,000.00 in economic loss, I spent 16 hours total in prison.
