I don’t know if they have these in other countries, but if you like in America you’ve probably seen at least one in your life.
I remember seeing them as early as 4th grade.
No idea what you’d call it but a schizo truck is a good start.
Basically it’s some truck usually with a high bed built from wood or a camper, that is just shellacked with stickers and images usually if a religious and/or political nature.

In japan they are called "Sound cars" or "noise cars". In panama they were buses that essentially shouted stuff about the govt.

In india they were tuk tuks with big ass flags playing traditional ceylon music

not exactly they mostly say "we need to go back to a traditional japan" or "bring back the old japan for our future" mostly considered right wing extremists

they don't get as violent as you see elsewhere. Theres also pro american and japanese versions on Okinawa or near military bases.
