Shock tactic to strike fear, tribal warfare style. Sometimes these people are like animals, they need to be taken down by a bigger animal to be honest. Rarely is it tribal justice like you see in other countries where a rapist is hung/beat, this is closer to chimpanzee gangs.
I'd round these people up and skin them before subjecting them to the most grousome torture imaginable, put them in touch in touch with the Aztec ancestors, like I said it; takes an animal. This coming from a Mexican, which makes me wonder if that mentality is ingrained in my DNA and makes me as bad as them, not because they're my people but because I know I'd do these people worse if given the chance.
