Please help me to not be racist. The more I research race and crime, the more I come to the conclusion that blacks are just inherently more violent than whites. Since they do 7 times more murders, 2 time more hate crimes, they've done 10 times more mass shootings than whites in 2019, they abuse children 3 times more, it goes on and on. I've thought about the argument: "Poverty is the main contributing factor to crime, not race. about 25% of the black population is poor and 10% of the white population is poor, so that is why they commit more crimes." but when you think about it, there are over 2 times as many poor whites, and once you're arrested, you go to jail and can not commit another crime for a long long time. So why is it every year, the crime rates do not change? People have told me, it's because of racism that caused their culture to deteriorate and they get segregated into ghettos, so it's white peoples fault they murder. Well, the irish people were enslaved and had racism committed against them, yet they didn't happily glorify the amount of toxic, violent culture that blacks have. That leads me to believe that whites are inherently less violent than blacks. Can you guys help me with what I'm missing?

You should probably do more research into African societies. The African American pattern of behaviour has emerged from very particular historical circumstances. It would be interesting to see statistics on crime from the more affluent African countries to compare.
It's probably the case that African American society developed totally disconnected from any meaningful tradition or culture, and was also separated from the American society as a whole. Those circumstances probably led to a lack of healthy social and moral norms in African American society.
