But here are recommended temperatures, because in third world (and in US, btw) meat is grown in conditions far from sterile, especially poultry.

Beef (steak) should be 65C or higher. That is middle-rare I think.
Lamb 70C I recon.
Poulty 75C because salmonella is a hell of a microorganism.
Pork probably 75C, but I don't know for sure, since he worked in kosher restaurant.

Lead-free should be cooked at 200-250, and leaded is 183-220.
