Ah, yeah there you go. Most managers at Mc'ds are really looking to hire 'bubbly', fun social people. It's nothing personal, but they want to keep the work force homogeneous and fun, because if everyone is miserable it spreads to the customers, they also have to keep the work fun or no one will want to do it.
