Meditate for atleast 5 minutes a day.

I'm assuming you aren't going to be kicked out soon so you will have time. After that I suggest attempting to get certifications, they're fucking everywhere look for one that suits your skills and fucking go for it. Then find a job that fits the chosen cert. You won't be making anything substantial so don't get too fucking excited. Just try to build experience, you'll want to work at your job for atleast 1 year before looking for something better.

If you chose a computer field I suggest getting your comptia a+ cert then going for sec+ and net+. If not just google the certs in your chosen field.
