No, canisters of zyklon B, a delousing agent that was used at work camps and other military buildings to delouse POWs, prisoners and soldiers. Zyklon B is 100% harmless and only produces gaseous vapours when heated to a certain temperature and agitated, it's literally a solid at room temp, so unless the nazis had some sort of heated conveyor belt mechanism that extracted the vapour and pumped it into a room (which hasn't been discovered yet), no-one was 'gassed' with the canisters.
