No, many edible non-hallucinogenic boletes stain blue on touch.
I don't recognize this particular type of mushroom, but I'm 99% sure it's not hallucinogenic. It's probably tasty and edible, but as with all mushrooms - don't eat it unless you definitely know what it is.

That's an edible mushroom. Yellow pores from the bottom if I'm correct. Prepare with scrambled eggs, tasty.

I'm personally on the "dry it then make a thick soup with homemade pasta" team, but one mushroom is not remotely enough to make a good soup.

Some inedible ones do too. If it stains blue slowly it probably is edible. If it stains blue instantly I personally wont eat them.

Huh. I've never heard of this, would you mind telling me where you're from, and what type of mushroom "stains blue instantly" and is inedible? It's possible that those don't really grow where I live.

There are only a handful of mushrooms that stain blue and almost all contain psilocybin, other than what the other user mentioned. Potent psilocybin mushrooms turn blue in seconds. Please guys, do more research or speak with experienced mycologists on a forum specialized for it. Do trust your health in the hands of random guys, do your research.

Maybe it's true for the americas, but not true for the world overall.
Polefag here, I've been collecting mushrooms with my family since I was like, 8. Most blue-staining mushrooms in poland are edible and delicious - bay boletes, matte boletes, some other types that I don't even know the names of.
They don't turn blue because of psilocybin, but because of Variegatic acid.

Assuming you are in a country or state where my advice is legal to follow you need to look for gilled mushrooms, with a violet to ink like (most likely violet) spore print, that turn blue immediately. Those are the three criteria, you really should head over to the shroomery. If they don't turn blue immediately don't waste your time. Good luck. You will find them in tall grassy pastures normally. Only pan cyans and I think few others grow on wood. Look up your temperate zone or whatever and make sure you aren't wasting time too. I am not an expert, please do your research.

dude. pick enough for a full frying pan. chop un 2 onions, fry until golde brown, than add the mushrooms - also chopped into small cubes, fry 10 - 15 min until all the water/liquid is boiled away , than add salt and black pepper, a bit off butter, table - spoon of flour and lastly 200ml of cream. low flame for 3 - 4 min and youre done. serve with fries or boiled potatoes.
