Not in the sense that there are demons or hell spawns walking among us. If a person seems possessed, they're probably having some sort of psychological episode. I think long ago we created the idea of demons and what have you to help explain the things we couldn't understand. I could be wrong, i don't know. This world and life in general is pretty crazy to think about. but here's an opinion.

Idk about demons but I had a wierd thing happen to me that felt sleep paralysis once. It was terrifying and it felt evil or bad. But it was probably just sleep paralysis so I went on with my life and it never happened again but I think about it all the time.

Yes, I dated an unsanctioned exorcist years ago and I'm 100% positive demons and other stuff exists.

I was once walking the woods to just get out and explore a bit. I was somewhere I had never been before. Oddly enough, I came to a little teepee/house contrsucted out of fallen tree branches. It had a door. As I was approaching, I took a photo with my phone. I then walked around the structure to look at it, although i was pretty suspicious and feeling goosebumps. Then I decided to look inside the structure, but didn't see too much. I was relieved no one else was inside it.
When I came out, there was a mini teepee created from fallen sticks. I could have sworn it was not there when I took a photo. So I reached into my pocket to check the photo, but my phone wasn't there. I looked closer at the teepee, and to my amazement my phone was somehow inside the teepee. Gives me goosebumps again just to write this down. This was earlier this year.
I kind of freaked out and kicked the little teepee over and grabbed my phone and left immediately.

Sorta. Hard to define what a demon truly is. Easier to say I believe in the darkness and the light. Duality, demons and angels being extremes of their dualistic nature

yes, you can't see them physically they are in your head, only when you give in to negative emotions, they appear during sleep paralysis.

I was in Haiti a couple years back and they ended up having a voodoo ceremony the last friday night of the month. The night was unnaturally quiet which was very weird because I normally needed earplugs to sleep (roosters, sheep, cows, fighting dogs, goats, etc.. where all very loud). Short story, When I went out to the bathroom I grew very scared and was almost petrified. I saw a human shaped shadow walking around the kitchen area except I could see right through it. I was in a camp with around 200 people and I overheard a conversation the next day about someone talking about the same see through shadow and how everyone he had talked to about it had reported getting up sometime in the middle of the night and seeing it. Really freaked me out. That afternoon we climbed up a nearby mountain and found a bowl made out of a dried coconut husk filled with mashed plantains, cucumbers (we had given them some seeds previously) and chicken blood and feathers. I did some digging and found out that that was put on the mountain top to feed and appease the demon that they had summoned for protection. Look up voodoo details, it's some crazy stuff.
