I've set up stacks for my lifting bros before, and it's really safe if you FOLLOW THE RULES
1. Know your cycle - know how long you're going to be on steroids, what your dosages will be and so on. Don't prolong a cycle just because you get results. End on time or you'll be risking your health.
2. Post Cycle Therapy - Especially if you're using something androgenic (hormone-bonding), you need to take something afterwards to prevent the hormone imbalance from causing side effects. When you take in external testosterone, the body responds with natural estrogen. when the cycle finished, you need to take a PCT (post-cycle therapy) to suppress estrogen. Novodex is good for this.
3. Get your fucking bloodwork done - Go to the doctor so you see what your natural hormone levels are. This is vital in knowing what your starting dose should be. Get your bloodwork done after the cycle to prep for your PCT. Bloodwork whenever, just to be safe.
For more general advice, its best to start with oral steroids, which are generally weaker (except for anadrol, that shit KICKS) and give you a chance to see how your body responds to enhancement. Anavar is a great first steroid. Also, know what your steroids do. Anavar is good for cutting fat while retaining muscle, testosterone is good for getting lean and for serious muscle-building, and Trenbolone is good for becoming a meaty, vascular, hulking freak of nature. Dianabol is another mass-gaining agent, and is often used for two weeks on top of Test or Tren to "kickstart" a cycle. Clenbuterol is purely for cutting weight, has no muscle-building effects.
Remember, steroids don't do the work for you. They just make your body capable of doing more work and maintaining it. If you don't have at least 2 hours to spend at the gym 5 times a week, steroids aren't worth it. Also remember, if you're taking a bulking steroid, eat a lot more, especially carbs. Generally safe to add about 2000 calories to daily.

continuing this, steroids are really only of significant benefit if you're already in peak physical condition. Using them as a shortcut to basic fitness is wasting money. The proper place for steroids is when you've hit a hard plateau in your lifting, and already changed regimens a few times. I don't recommend "heavy duty" roids to anyone who hasn't been lifting seriously for at least 2 years.
No matter what, there are consequences. Especially with the serious stuff, it's quite possible for your body to lose its ability to manufacture natural testosterone, not to mention the heart enlargement that kills a lot of pro bodybuilders by their 40s. Additionally, joint and tendon damage are virtually inevitable following prolonged usage, just as a side effect of lifting heavy.
and all hormonal steroids do have massive effects on mood. your threshold for frustration will drop to virtually zero. your body will be begging you to go apeshit, all the time. and your dick will stop working lmao but hey, them's the breaks

honestly, good question. depends if OP can utilize his muscles enough to cause the micro-tears that lead to hypertrophy. tren mostly improves recovery and musclebuilding potential, but it doesn't cause growth ex-nihilo. i don't know enough about how OP's particular disorder operates to be sure about it.
it would be a huge risk either way, given the effects it has on blood pressure, organ function and so on. not to mention that it's an intra-muscular injection, so idk if OP could find anyone willing to pin him in the ass
