Don’t know. I’m not a doctor. Could be a cyst. Could be cancer. A wart. Go get it looked at. Or pop it and post results.

Used to get these all the time when I was a big guy, just an ingrowing hair. Don't try to squeeze it as it'll just make it worse. If it is causing discomfort while walking then just put a plaster over it and it'll go in 2-3 days

Well it looks like it’s turned into an infection, whatever it was. I would guess it’s cyst or an ingrown hair or something. Since it’s such an obvious bump, I want to say it’s a cyst, and one that you should probably have cut out of you, if only for convenience’s sake.

And if you’re fat you might want to pay more attention to your armpits and inner thighs. The friction from walking can wear open minor cuts and cracks and breaks in the skin, and make it a lot harder for your body to heal it. The longer the wound is open, the more likely it is to become infected.

It might go away on its own, but it’ll almost definitely go away a lot faster with a scalpel and/or some antibiotics

it's a boil. infection/pus around a hair follicle. it probably will resolve on its own. don't irritate it.

Looks like either a cyst or infected blood vessel. I've had one on my thigh once and I shoved a sewing needle into it, which released an ungodly amount of puss and blood. After that it got better but it fucking hurt until I did that. Try shanking it with a needle and see if anything comes out.

near your junk might be a swollen lymph node, no concern should go away on its own. be concerned if all your lymph nodes swell at once, thigh, armpits, neck. etc. that could be lymphoma aka cancer
