I get really angry and hit my desk with my knuckles. It doesn't feel broken and I can move it just fine without pain.
I was pushing it around before and something jelly feeling came loose, then it hurt really bad for a few seconds and now I can't feel that area at all

Put it in some ice water or ice pack. It's not to bad and it's still mobile.

OP, this is bursitis. It will go away in a few days to a week.
However, if it get's very painful, then go to the doctor as these types of injuries can become infected and turn into serious problems.
