Lmao

lmao
what
how the fuck are you supposed to learn? employers act like they are entitled to a demi-god of an employee for $13 an hour.
it's an entry level position for machining.
>oh but we want 2 years experience
joke of an economy. all I want to do is fucking work

Then apply for a job that doesn't require a trained skill or go.to a fucking vocab school and learn cnc. If you're skilless the only job for you is fast food or retail.

You're a stupid nigger

It's not the company's fault that you lack reading comprehension

Apply anyway. They always ask for more then is required. Just like you want to date Kylie Jenner but would settle for Kaitlyn Jenner .

Kill the people who set these requirements at that company. Drive the change.

This. Experience is a plus but if you seem intelligent enough to learn quickly you might be able to add value to the org. Quit bitching and actually try to be successful.

>require a trained skill
tell us all about machinist school
im waiting

>entry level
>we require experience
u need to kill yourself

I dont think seeming intelligent is an option for op

2 years experience is still entry level retard........

It's almost like I'm meant to be shamed for wanting to improve. but still shunned if I remain where I'm at in life.
being a machinist something you LEARN ON THE JOB
for something that's listed as 'entry level'
yet they list '2 years prior experience'
even if they want 2 years, 12-13 an hour isn't cutting it for 99% of potential applicants.

how did we become so callous?
you've probably never had to worry about being responsible for yourself. you've never had to spend entire nights trying to find a better job with a more opportunistic future.
you had a free ride because daddy cosigned all your shit or joined the military.

"An entry-level job is a job that is normally designed or designated for recent graduates of a given discipline and typically does not require prior experience in the field or profession. "

"DOES NOT REQUIRE"

god you fucking morons
reading comprehension, huh? that's rich

Dude you're an idiot. You're probably 16 with no life experience and clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

>Quit bitching and actually try to be successful.
you people just don't know.
im this close to snapping. i would love to just take you with me

>If you're skilless the only job for you is fast food or retail.
I know plenty of educated and skilled people stuck doing just that, if not simply unemployed.

B-b-but Trump make economy good.

maybe they mean 2 years old

do you not understand what entry level means?

Join the military.

I would. in heartbeat. fresh out of HS this is what I would have done.
I have adult asthma. I've had asthma all my life and had three close calls with it since I was diagnosed at 4 months.

ncstrades.edu/machinist-technology000

>has asthma
>wants to join the military

have fun trying to find your inhaler while being shot at

>People pay thousands of dollars to learn
>Make 12 an hour
Nigguh what ?

>moving the goal post

you can't fucking read. that's why I haven't joined. I was explaining why I couldn't

maybe you should've joined instead of being a pussy

Just kill yourself

just stop. it's pathetic. I hope you face a reality worse than mine some day.

Trades, warehouse, call center, or call a fucking temp agency for fucks sake.

At least where I am from right now, its hard to locate people to fill positions, let alone talented people. Apply for anything and everything with a decent resume and you'll be fine.

How old are you and what is your work history?

gladly. want to come along? address
or you two pussies?

lmao go choke on air asthma bitch

They arent immediately hiring.
Obviously companies want full resume pools to keep the office bitch feeling needed.

>Trades
that's what I'm looking into
>call center
make basically the same as I do now. I have a job. I can get jobs. It's about moving up or moving out of the retail pit. I've been working since 16 and I'm 24 now.
>a fucking temp agency for fucks sake.
I've gone through 3. Link, Express, and another one I can't remember the name. they were the only ones available out here. I got temp work from them, but none of their clients were actively hiring.
>. Apply for anything and everything with a decent resume
my resume is unbroken since HS
>what is your work history?
retail. I have one slightly more technical one. I worked at Hostgator as an entry level admin in Houston for some time before having to move. I was learning bash and even won a couple of awards. I miss that job.

I noticed this too. I started sorting jobs by post date

Also the point is the apprenticeship, nets you the 2 years experience. Dont be a retard its an entry level position you move up youll make more money dont be a retard

>nets you the 2 years experience.
Yeah but OPs thing says requires 2 years and that job he posted is paying that. We on the same page ?

You must be a stupid nigger
Join the army retard

>and another one I can't remember the name.
oh. Core Personnel it was.

...

Yes im aware, its also entry level do you know what entry means? Are we on the same page?

Do security work or something that requires no experience while you're attending school. I'm 23 been doing security work for about 5 years - got into it right after I graduated high school.I make 13.50 an hour sitting on my ass for 12 hours a night, 3 nights a week in my car patroling an business office complex after hours. I literally get paid better than the job you're pursuing & all i do is play video games & shit post on Yea Forums during my shifts between driving around 4 high rise office buildings every hour.

>would
Please kill yourself. Actually, get someone to help you.

How is this feeling, wanting to work.
Never in my 20 years of existence I have desired
such a thing.

imagine trying to get a job with no experience and not even being able to lie on a resume to get it. Stop being a lazy bitch

op here. I'm going to sleep. doing inventory all day tomorrow and getting OT at least. I'll figure this shit out another time. sorry for lashing out.
needed to vent and there's no one to talk to in this backwards ass town in the midst of BFE.
I see so many NEETs on here so i guess it could be worse. I know if i was NEET for any long period of time I would go insane. there's always a silver lining.

upbringing I guess. I started early honing a work ethic. men are hardwired to be responsible and do things. they typically work. others are more gifted and and are able to follow their passion, hence 'not working'

>Stop being a lazy bitch
lol

Become a nigger

What's on your resume that your not getting hits at other positions from your temp work experience and retail. Post resume screen shots.

Also, you're a blamer. Take some self responsibility and own up to where you are in the world. No real experience, blames the world.

The requirements are bullshit OP.
Just apply.

I do tech support all day fucking long and not a single accountant can use a fucking computer OP.

like seriously how do you not know how to copy and paste, use emails, and install stuff

So youre 24 and dont have 2 years of experience? Quit blaming the world for you being a loser

Are you this dumb that you seriously missed the point? If they require two years of experience it's not entry level. They just do that bullshit so they can pay you like shit.

Just apply. Those "Requirements" describe the ideal candidate. Employers will settle for a lot less.

I got my first management job without a high school diploma.
Grab any proof you have of shit you've done in the past and take it to them. Worldiness is key. They'll pick you up in a heart beat if you can show them you have a wide array of skills.

Companies used to be willing to train employees right out of high school. They didn't have an astronomical list of requirements for kids looking for jobs. They understood that you needed to learn how to do the job, but that once you did you'd be an asset to their company. They invested in training workers and in return workers would very frequently spend their entire career with the company that first hired them. 40 - 50 years.

Does anyone do that anymore? Not really.

In the 70s, some beancounter decided it was cheaper to hire already trained workers. Loyalty disappeared in both directions -- employer and employee. Now we're in a global race to the bottom to find out just how little a company can provide to a worker -- training, compensation, benefits -- and still demand loyalty.

No it isn't retard. If you already have experience it's not entry. Entry literally means you're going into the field without experience.

Almost every fucking votech in the country has them, and a shitload of community colleges do too.
Maybe you should have done more in high school shop class than suck the retarded kid's dick in the supply closet.

I remember this one person...

had an aol email and was in charge of several companies.

Yea here you go fill this out and send it back.

>how do I do that....?
Click reply
>i've had this forever user i've never sent an email.

I shit you not OP I had to remote in to click the reply button

>I know plenty of educated and skilled people stuck doing just that
Then boomers switch it too "well why should I have to pay something more than minimum wage just for having a degree". It's complete horse shit and everyone knows it.

Fuck your Aths-marr Piggy.

does anybody want more stories? I have more... LOL I can talk about "IT" people too lol

who also don't know how to use a computer

Do you? Obviously not. If it's "entry level" why the hell are you asking for 2 years? Seems like you're the one who's lost.

Simple a lot of places want some experience even for entry level to keep out retards

You apply for the job anyways, then they play with their nipples while telling you
>we could take you, but as you dont have experience we can only pay you 9$
This is the point where you should not fuck up
Tell them something in the likes of
>then try to find someone with experience, you can take me for 12$ or search on, good luck with that, wont find a trained worker for 12$

Then it's not entry level is it? It's just another jew tactic to pay people with experience less money. No one with 2 years of experience is going to accept an "entry" salary.

People coming out of appreticeships will and it can still be entry level, in this case machinists probably getting nothing but grunt work amd the "shitty" jobs. Dont need someone super skilled but at the same time someone doing ot for 6 years is wasting their time

Entry level just means it is a beginner position within the department/company. There are entry, junior, and senior level potions within most companies that help deviate pay and experience.

If the degree has no value to the job at hand, why pay someone more for it?

Truth

Why are they asking for 2 years if that's the case? If it's grunt work why the fuck would someone who already did that and lasted 2 years, do it again? Where does this make sense to you? Or can you not fucking read where it says entry level with 2 years experience? That makes no fucking sense

Then stop telling people to go to fucking college if they want a "good" job. That was my point. Half of the people that go do so because their parents tell them too, or they'll be a bum or do "shitty" blue collar jobs. Then they end up wasting everybody's time majoring in bullshit.

What part of "keep retards out did you not get the last time? Quit assuming entry level means they will spoon feed me training. Its the same thing with unions they do the exact same shit its called moving up youre acting like qm entitled cunt no wonder people cant take my age group seriously

Entry is the lowest level of work for the field you're aiming for, not synonymous with no experience.

Medical Coding can be entry level in the scheme of things but you still need to know how to properly file the information you'll be dealing with 8hrs/day.

> Why are they asking for 2 years if that's the case?
They want to make those who DO apply feel underqualified so that they will accept to do the work for lower pay.

> If it's grunt work why the fuck would someone who already did that and lasted 2 years, do it again? Where does this make sense to you? Or can you not fucking read where it says entry level with 2 years experience? That makes no fucking sense
Mate, you are a fucking retard. Of course this makes no sense. Only gullible idiots seeking their first job will take this shit seriously. Idiots such as yourself.

Looking at this thread I can see that plenty of people with actual work experience have attempted to explain this to you.
This is valuable knowledge and you're dismissing it over a single line of text some faceless, exploitative company handed to you.

For fucks sake. I'm beginning to understand why so many college graduates can't find a job. They read "2 years of experience required" and go "Oh no, I don't have that. Better not even apply then".

Where the fuck did I give the impression that I would take a job like this, "mate"? As usual another dumbass foreigner that can't fucking read.

If you're stupid enough to take this bullshit requirement this seriously, you're stupid enough to take it.

I'm sure that retarded logic works in whatever shithole country youre from, but it doesn't in normal countries. Sorry, "mate".
