Okay, you can tell JUST by looking at the map itself that the black sharpie line was a modification in two ways.
Maps contain legends to explain in detail all the important information on them. What are the lines, what do the colors signify, what do the symbols mean. If you look at the chart you can see that there is a white area signifying the first few days of projection path, then a lighter shade of white showing the later days projection which isn't as accurate. Then...there is a black line showing an extended projection path that doesn't show up on the map key/legend. Also, THAT IS MORE ACCURATE EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD BE ALMOST PREDICTING A WEEK IN ADVANCE (that just so happens to be barely covering the tip of Alabama so Trump could prove himself right).
