If its your first job, dont sweat having little to put on it. If you feel like its too short/no previous experience, substitute "relevant skills" as a section to replace relevant experience

Google "retail resume" or "fast food resume" under images. Look through a few, save the couple you like, and basically copy/paste, changing what's relevant for you in particular.
Some tips:
Try to keep to two pages or less. Dont go over two pages, but don't fill it out to two by being too overly wordy.
Make a cover letter (same method as above, Google Images), and ALWAYS make sure to set the date on the cover letter when submitting it.
DO NOT include a list of references on the actual resume. Simply put "References available upon request." For whatever fucking reason, HR people frown on you giving info that they're going to want anyway.
Spend the $0.98 at Walmart and get a pack of those clear floppy plastic folders with the separate plastic spines that you slide on once the documents are in the folder. Don't be a fucking schlub and hand in a bare paper resume. DON'T be a mong and staple it.
Don't waste money on fancy paper. That shit's a meme.
It's honestly not that difficult creating one once you're doing it; it's about like making an amusing greentext.
And for what it's worth, good luck to you in your search for a job and your effort to improve yourself.
Actually a lot of even shit tier retail/food places want resumes these days. It's their way of trying to weed out the extreme driptards.
