All that sums to $1500/month. Which means you're making less than $9.50/hr after taxes. I'd say what you're missing is the sense to have learned an actual marketable skill. What the fuck did you go to college for, gender studies?
I'm in a similar situation in that i pay the same for those expenses you listed. The difference? I went to school for engineering and use those skills to make 3-4 times what you're bringing in.

Literally go work in a factory. You will make more money. Yeah it will suck, but you'll make enough bank that you don't have to worry about bills, especially if you work voluntary overtime. I live in a town of 6k and work at a 3m factory making over 22 an hour taking boxes off a belt onto a pallet. I own a home, two cars and because my wife woks the same job, we see eachother all day every day. We have a 4/10 work week so working a Friday with overtime nets us over 600 before taxes. If we don't work, we have 3 days off a week.
