Every city has a searchable GIS map of land plots as well as lists of tax delinquent owners. You can probably cross-reference those two?
I could try but it seems like a lot of effort, especially on mobile at work.

Do it yourself faggot. It's not hard to find abandoned buildings.
You won't usually find a huge list of all of them cause people don't wanna shout about it. The more people know, the more likely it is that dick heads who just wanna wreck the place will find out.
You gotta be in the scene for a while to find out about the good ones, go join some forums.
