oh a trainer gives you lots of options in a menu like character settings, spawning cars and weapons (which gives me access to multiplayer content in singleplayer, which is otherwise inaccessible i think), time and weather stuff... the cheats in gta v are pretty disappointing so it opens up a lot more possibilities
enb is a visual mod, kinda like shaders in minecraft
