Things are down, going in for surgery in 9 days, had to be in emergency twice in the last month for blockages.
A chef with health problems is even worse. He knows aboit it, we've been working together a good 7 years.
Im taking time off work for the recovery, and hitting up PAX AU during the recovery. Should be a fun time, not going to cosplay this year. I think I overdid the Guzma last year amd I need a years break before I come back with something else.
Id be better off eating tripe tbh. Best way to enjoy tripe: put it in a large pot of water with a single pebble. When the pebble is soft, throw away the tripe and eat the pebble. And cooking is easy. Cooking the same dishes 40+ times a night with no deviations sucks. Been there, done that, dont want it again.
