Top kek coming to Yea Forums for workout advice. Dont you know everyone on here is a neckbeard?
Yeah, but I'm hoping some people aren't...at least know something about upper body workouts.
My bad advice is boxing. Hit the bag, that's functional strength. Not some cringy anime dragon ball z motivation.
You do all these small push ups and variations of push ups. Also if you're in the military grecoroman wrestling. It'd be cool to do both boxing and Grecoroman wrestling. Sometimes you get all these bodybuilder type boys look all faggy hitting the bag on their first day of muay thai. So for the sake of principles you can do combat sports.
There's this guy on YouTube athleanx who's very good at lifting advice.
Do it a lot helps. Lift heavy lift hard. Pose and flex on your gains. Really hit the heavy bag. I don't think there's a magic trick for 5 months other than doing it and getting gains. Recovery and rest. Maybe you're not one of those people that has that.
Honestly I met this guy in highschool whose triceps were impressive. I built some traps but my upper body has eluded me for most of my life. I hope it's not too late for me to spend the day at the gym working my upper body.
It's probably bench pressing and doing it a lot. After that you add things to sound more sophisticated. It is basics and just doing it.
It's bioscience why would I give you advice? You're procrastinating literally just do it.
* it's all broscience
Broscience? Hit the forearms and triceps. Go for the traps. Walk around with the milkmans carry. Then pull ups.
Even it out with biceps and chest. Just bench press.
I saw plenty of videos on YouTube about this, it was all the same. Lift heavy and drown in protein shakes. I am not looking for a magic trick, just personal experience I guess. Boxing a weighted bag is something I already do. I will check out this guy on youtube, I hope I could learn how to improve my workout routine. Thanks for the advice.
Tell me the science then lol.
