I'm 25 still living with my mom but she has money so why would I leave a nice house to move into a shitty 1 bedroom apartment just to say I'm living by myself. Plus I'm currently saving a ton of money and investing into ways to make more money since my rent is so low

For me, not a whole lot, just seeing your coworkers of the same age living on their own and able to do shit without their parents "house rules" (albeit living paycheck to paycheck)

But see here's a thing, unless you parents make you pay rent your living for free, so you can take risk that your friends working normal jobs they hate living in shitty apartments can't. Trust me man living with your parents for as long as you can and saving money and investing it into way to make more money will make you more successful than your friends living paycheck to paycheck in some 1 bed apartment

Remember to work on yourself first. A lot of guys make the mistake of thinking, "all I have to do is get laid. Once I've crossed that hurdle, then I can get my life in order." But they actually have it backwards. It's a lot easier to attract women when you have your shit together, and a lot harder if you don't.

Hell try skipping the apartment and just save for a house. And another thing added, even if your parents are taking "rent" from you for living with them. First of all, thats gonna be a split of AT LEAST 2 people (you, parent) or even 4+ people (parentS, siblingS) you can be damn sure that in 99% of cases where you live with your parents and they take rent from you you are going to get an incredible deal you dont even realize. (just being able to go to a full fridge, not having to pay water, not having to pay for emergency expenses like broken down things etc.)
