Nothing has ever been scientifically proven to influence the gender of a child at conception to my knowledge short of gene editing. Like, you don't get a girl just because you fucked in June or ate pancakes before you fuck.

Sperm can live inside a vagina for up to 5 days. Female sperm survive longer, but are slower. Male sperm are faster but die sooner. You need to cum in your wife 3-4 days before she actually ovulates then not again until after. The Male sperm should all die out, leaving some female sperm to fertilize the egg.
