Yea I'm on iron pills, even had to switch to stronger ones that had more iron in them. Also the iron I used to get through the IV is no longer free so I've gotta see if my benefits from work covers it or if I've gotta shell out money for it

I've gotten used to being on IV with all the blood transfusions I've got. Its usually 2 bags at a time, but its about 2 and a half hours a bag. Also I do remember one time they rammed like 3 full saline bags into me in about an hour or something like that. All I remember was pissing like crazy. Fucking sucked

I usually don't drink a whole lot when I've gotta get transfusions, cause its annoying as fuck to drag the pump around to the bathroom to piss, especially when they give you 2 syringes of stuff that purposefully makes you piss out the extra liquid from the transfusions
