Galaxy Express 999

A Kite.

There was also an anime that had to do with demons in the 80s. It was like Men In Black with demons and a splish splash of Underworld. I forgot the name but it was kinda good. Has porn in it.

Nausicaa of the valley of the wind

Wicked City.

neon genesis evangelion
Roujin Z (I like this one)

Lain....ah yes, nothing is sacred is it?

>Berserk
that shit is boring, stopped on episode 5

Roujin Z is so fucking underrated.

you're an idiot but it's not for everyone. yeah, you gotta get past the dumb jap tropes like a little sodomy, adultery, whatever. it's alllll building towards something. that said, i walked out of that Last house on the Left remake they made, that shit was too much.

A Wind Named Amnesia, Akira, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell

is not for retards dont worry

Dont worry bud, you shouldn’t have watched through it all anyway, you’re not its audience :)

Mandatory "Genocyber", "Mad Bull 34"

Depends on what's your poison.
Ecchi- love hina, dna^2, video girl ai.
Action- blue gender
Romance- maison ikkou
Ditch eva.

Try cross game. It modern but has that 80's animation. The manga was excellent

THIS and Otomo's(?) "Memories" is a great anthology-movie. I also found this a second ago youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1zo1zTtvO-IJV0UmjhQcQoZCfjVugnKO was looking for Cyber City, which is in there and fun to watch, every other word is fuck and it's awesome. I liked the Armitage movies as an older teen, can't vouch for any of the rest but Patlabor and almost all Masamune's shit is good but better in the mangas.

And GunBuster.
IDK why, but it was love at first sight with those 6 episodes. Maybe it was the time I watched it, comfy, good mood etc but still got the same feeling about it, 15 years later.

Do the new bd version of Akira and gits. 20th year one are better remastering then the new dvd or early bds

Ninja Scroll or gtfo

Hokuto No Ken uncensored version.
Classic among classic. People should be ashamed for not viewing the 91 episodes.

Perfect Blue

Monster by Naoki Urasawa

“The story revolves around Kenzo Tenma, a Japanese surgeon living in Germany whose life enters turmoil after getting himself involved with Johan Liebert, one of his former patients, who is revealed to be a dangerous serial killer.”

Sincerely one of the most cohesive and well thought out anime I have encountered.
