let me teach you how to create a sex life that would be ideal
step 1) make sure you have a job, even minimum wage is ok
step 2) use money from said job to buy a gym membership
step 3) look up diet and nutritional info, find a diet and stick with it, if you have no imagination then I suggest paeleo or ketogenic or some form of low carb diet, what ever it is reduce you sugar intake as close to 0 as you can, reduce trans fats as close to 0 as you can and follow some form of structure and start to journal your food, weigh it, track it, count the calories and macro nutrients and come up with a plan for if you are losing weight, maintaining weight, or gaining weight and stick with it, slow and steady on this one
step 4) consult a personal trainer for 1 week to a month and get advice on how to program a diet and exercise program for yourself that you can do on your own, after about 6 months to a year, check back in and get another consult as a check up to get them to see if they can critique it or point out flaws
make the gym routine, 30-60 minutes of cardio a day 5-6 days a week, and lift 3-5 days a week depending on if you are doing a 3 day full body routine, or a 5 day split (learn what those are if you are unaware)
take the gym and diet more serious then anything else in your life including your relationships
step 5) get a job or pick up a hobby that puts you in the vicinity of men, customer service for example, or cashier etc. etc.
after 1-2 years of working out really hard, you'll be in decent shape if you actually take it seriously, if you are around men and you are fit, you will just naturally have men try to talk to you, if a guy makes an effort to try to talk to you or see you outside work or make a ''friend'' out of you, 90%+ chance he wants something more and he will eventually come out with it and let you know or he's afraid of rejection
don't confuse this with men that have to talk to you due to circumstance
