I've got these beans I started sprouting a week so. Now what? Do I pick off the sprout and cook the bean part?

what?
You eat the whole lot, raw or cooked.
just eat them
Plant them and grow more beans. If you keep doing that you’ll have infinite beans. Beaaannns.
make some lasagnas
if this post ends in 0, you must blend them and drink the result.
Use the sprouts, either with or without the beans. They're delicious and nutritious. Try broccoli sprouts sometime
I thought you weren't supposed to eat beans raw, though.
You can eat them raw if they're young enough. Clean them really well. If that picture is of your sprouts, they might be a little too old. But I don't know for sure.
You had the choice between using google or Yea Forums to ask about beans culture.
I like you.
That is my picture. So what are you saying? Inedible both cooked and raw?
I think you should do some research. It's edible. I just don't know if you should eat them together or separately at this point. What kind of beans are these? They look like red kidney beans, and I've only ever eaten mung sprouts.
Adzuki, and my research has suggested that they be cooked first. Maybe I'll just pick off the sprouts and roots and eat them raw and cook the beans.
I think that's your best option. Be sure to clean them well, though. They're susceptible to bacteria. You should be fine unless you have a weak immune system.
I;m thinking about thos Beans
