Cold turkey is the legitimate best way. After a week or two the physical symptoms of withdrawal will disappear and if you really do want to quit for good this time, you'll be dealing with the psychological feeling of wishing you could smoke to contend with for a while. This latter part is usually different person-to-person.

Don't complicate it by using patches, dry snuff, herbal nicotine-free cigarettes, etc. Just quit suddenly and perhaps set a date where you might not have something stressing you out

Almost out of juice over here. Done vaping when its gone. It'll be a rough couple days. Been on 1.5mg for a couple months anyway. Probably gunna fuck my mouth up with sunflower seeds for a week or so.
