For one thing, stop expecting others to know what you have to do. Search your own damn self and get a life, do things which will build character and confidence.
Do not surround yourself with porn, work on ridding yourself of vices, hell clean your god damn room. Small things will aid you capitalize on that momentum to slingshot you into healthier habits and again, stop watching porn.
Here's a simple idea though, once a week do something which will be GOOD for you, body and/or mind, which will seem like a reward or a present - go fishing or grill, do some shit you like. You basically need to learn to love yourself however gay that sounds. That is the core with which you tape double-sticky tape to catch women.
And once again, stop watching porn and try to avoid places where you might encounter porn.
And another piece of advice for when you relapse in your attempts, for you will, don't beat yourself over the head when you do. See it as your "new record" and take comfort in having a very real tangible goal, which is to beat that record. That is how you win. It's time for you to start winning user.
