Issue with heroin is that you never get that same first time high and you get hooked trying really fast. Worst imaginable substance trying to quit once you're in the hole. Heroin is beyond Oxy in all aspects. You're in heaven. Everything is amazing and you're just on top of the world, in your own world. Negative or bad doesn't exist. I can't really explain.
Mostly smoked it so can't tell you snorting vs shooting is better. Heard shooting is the optimal way of doing it.
I'd advice you stay away from it because chances are you won't do it just once or twice, and then you're hellhole.

I actually recommend NOT chasing the dragon. The real OGs know that the way to take black tar is by emptying out a Visine bottle, dropping in a piece of tar, then filling with water. Allow to dissolve and then dose via a few drops in your nose. First time you do it, you'll probably want to throw up from the taste... but it kinda grows on you.
If he gets fent, yes... if he gets dope, unlikely. Clinical heroin should be about 4x as strong as oxy. In reality, I doubt homeboy will find uncut heroin. If it is cut with fent, dealers actually do TRY to make the potency on par with good street heroin... problem is a little too much is a lot too much. So yeah, he might die... but most likely not from heroin unless he's really a reckless cunt.

#1 You can dose it easier
#2 It's less potent but cheaper
#3. You don't need to break through a million seals to access it
#4 You can smoke it
#5. You can IV/IM it far easier; just get some lemon juice
#6. You can get it anywhere without a need for scripts or people with scripts selling insanely priced oxys
#7. It was invented for the first world war; they made things better back then
#8. It's only H, how much harm can it do compared to /any/ other opioid, it's not some magic shit, its just cheaper and more available (IMO Oxy is probably more addictive than H if everyone was just giving it out in pure/cut powder).

Heroin is the perfect inbetween to all drugs and make sure you have a quick intake to brain ROA because they're easier to quit from. Again methadone is oral and 24hrs long so that w/d lasts weeks.
