Uhhhh, no. Freight conductors here. Literally witnessed 4 suicides in my career, one of them the dude was cut in half diagonally from shoulder to hip and it still took him at least a couple minutes to die. He was even still conscious after a minute. He definitely felt that shit.
Had another guy try to cross over between the cars when we were switching cars and we started moving, he fell and it crushed/cut both his legs off at the hip basically. Took 10ish minutes for the ambulance to arrive and that dude screamed in agony the entire time. Even when you get hit head on it most likely won't kill you instantly unless we're doing like 50-60mph. It'll just mangle the fuck out of you and you'll die relatively slowly in agonizing pain.

I get it man, spent my 21st year of life completely empty and dead inside.
Thing is I did things the hard way never seeking therapy or medication. However eventually around I learned how to manage the low points and avoid falling into a deep cycle.
By 25 I started to find my groove but to this day, almost 29 the struggle is real.
Still I've had some great moments that wouldn't have come about if I didn't stick with it.
Trust me when I say time goes so fucking fast.

Give yourself some time, don't rush to death before you've taken a bite out of adulthood. You literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You can always end it later on.

Im on Fluoxetine currently, been on it for a while but it has never really done much to be honest.

Ive really been trying to make myself happy, going from hobby to hobby trying to find something i enjoy. I got an elgato n all that to do some streams, that was pretty fun but im always too fucking anxious to ever do it.

Playing games n that was a good escape but dosent really work anymore, im starting uni on the next month so ill might stick around to see how that goes, but seeing as college was an anxiety ridden mess that just made me feel terrible day by day im not getting my hopes up.
