OP, if she says it was rape, then it was rape. You knew she was drunk and therefore not in a position to consent. If she gets a rape kit then they'll have your DNA since you nutted in her. Depending on the jurisdiction they may not want to take it to trial and/or may not vote to convict, but you're in a bad place.

Now, what the boyfriend says doesn't matter, or does she need a lawyer. She might not want to press charges even if he wants her to, and if she does, the police handles it.

thank you. i’d call her if i could, but im blocked on her phone. i tried getting a couple of her close friends to contact her for me, one of them got blocked, another one ended up blocking me. the one that blocked me seemed genuinely sympathetic with me and willing to help, so im sure someone had convinced her to do so. idk. it did happen as i said, i tried to be as unbiased as possible with it so i got accurate responses
