Technically yes but if you didn’t download anything and closed out of it quickly you might be okay. Depends on what kind of site you were on. If it’s monitored you’re fucked.

sometimes just going to a page will cache an image or gif or whatever and it can just sit there. People know this and it means you can be picked up and messed with at any time. Usually, actual offenders have fucken thousands of images saved to file folders and you can show in court that you aren't a scumbag.

If its something from youtube or a site thats not specific for that stuff you should be ok but if its a site that caters to that stuff then its different
