Can someone name me one thing women are better at than men on average, and that has nothing to do with raising children?

That's only half the story. Women are evolved to micromanage because most women throughout human history tended to the children and the house/tent/cave/hut/whatever while men did the work.
Micromanaging is not the same as multitasking. Multitasking is a CEO of a billion dollar company juggling millions of employees, branches, investors, R&D, and PR. Guess how many billion dollar CEO's are men? 100% of them.
Micromanaging is a skill that helps manage small groups of children who can't take of themselves. It is not helpful in a company or business or workplace where people are expected to be competent and do their jobs correctly.
