So I stole a 44" TV from outside of a donation bin

So I stole a 44" TV from outside of a donation bin.

My justification is that if I didn't steal it, it would have just been destroyed in the rain. So I loaded it up in my car before the rain came.

It won't turn on. Should I take it to a repair shop? How much money should I put into it?
Should I kill myself? Serious replies only.

The reason it was being dumped/donated is because electronics cost nearly as much to fix than just buying the new model is worth nowadays.

You're telling me it's gonna cost over $300 to repair?

just bought a 50inch 4k smart tv for 150 brand new. dump this shit back in the bin

I wouldnt put more that 50 in to it they are not that expensive any more

what brand

Not apple amr bois

Dude just kill yourself

a based man would return it when the rains clear.

Trips have spoken. Put your body as a donation with a note saying free organs

detected the nigger

fix it yourself. google or youtube a tutorial. ez

You can get a new 4k TV close to that size for that much

I don't want 4k

Throw it away, you can get a better one cheaper than repair cost

How do you know what the repair cost will be? Are you psychic?

kys

Look up if you can repair it.
Just google the model number and research it a bit

I've heard of flat screen TVs having simple fixes before that are cheap to fix.

Not always

What? What brand do you have?

I hope that is true, otherwise you are a nigger.

If you are a good person, you would redonate it after the rainstorm, or if you were a really good person, fix it and then redonate it.

Open it up. Probably the power board is fried and you can tell just by looking at it. Something will be burned out. See if you can easily disconnect the board and look for a model number, then try to find the replacement part.

I fixed an old monitor like this.

If you can't find the part for a good price, just throw the whole thing away. Definitely not worth paying someone to fix it.

If you ever want to get ahead in life, you take and you keep

I dont own a tv not need for one as my monitors big enough and i have this magical thing called a phone

This.

Most of the time it's worthless trying to fix things unless you already have a shop full of tools and spare parts

Peasant

What? You watch tv on your phone? That's what you just said

stuff like this is made to not be fixable. they want you to buy new ones.
