Sounds like you’re buying the wrong size. When I use regular sized none latex condoms I often have this issue. This is especially true of Trojan brand ones. I once had to cut one off. It trapped all the blood. It was a bad and embarrassing situation. Condom size goes by thickness so if you’re thick consider getting large. I can’t find the lifestyle large none latex anymore though. OK - maybe it is a size problem. I have heard that if you choose a condom that is too tight, or too loose, it can cause sensitivity problems.
The main factor in condom size selection is getting a brand and version that suits your girth. The length of your dick has virtually nothing to do with it.
Measure your girth (circumference at the widest part) and Google > "condom size selection" or just go to: condom-sizes.org/condom-size-chart/condom-size-chart where you may find the > (Customer) Comments ; to be even more informative than the specific sizes ( length & width/girth) of various condoms that are marketed by many different manufacturers.
