I've considered this, but I can't wrap my head around moderation. If somebody were to make a cp board, how would I know? What if there were only 3 guys who exchange images there, and nobody reports. Who would moderate each created board? I've never used that chan, so I'm not sure how they handled it.

I will try to. I'm looking for an open source nudity detection library right now, I don't want to violate your privacy by sending your images to a third party service. However, most libraries are not full proof, and there will likely still be a lot of nudity. It seems humans are my best bet for now...
