I tried "diaper training" on and off for ten years. Wasn't until recently I found a few things that worked for sure:
1. Must wear diapers all day (worst case scenario, eight hours before bed). Sometimes I would go to work not wearing and pad up the moment I got home.
2. When wearing a diaper, SIP water all day. Do not chug. You need to increase frequency of urges. If you chug water before bed (like most try to do) you only wake up tired with a full bladder.
3. With every single urge, let it dribble out. Never push. Try not to even focus on it.
4. To get used to bedwetting, everytime I got an urge at home, I would lay down on my bed in my diaper and go there so it became second nature.
5. I used a lot of visualization. I would lay in bed and imagine standing at a toilet to convince my body it was ok to go there. I eventually started dreaming about going to the toilet, though my body was actually going in my diaper while I was asleep.
6. Don't masturbate. You don't want to invite the binge/purge cycle. You are in diapers now. Peeing is how you come now. There is no more masturbating.

I've only tried the Princess and Lil monsters. Princess work great. Love the design and good absorbancy. I'm actually wearing them now. Lil monsters are decent. Not a big fan of the design, and the ones I ordered the tapes kept coming off. Haven't tried the safari or rebels yet.
