Try Biotin for three months. It works for some people and think it's worth a try if you really want to keep your hair. If not, keep it like that or just shave it. No one will really give a shit about it, so as long as you like how it looks...

No noticeable thinning on the top for me yet, but it's receding rapidly. I just bought some Rogaine yesterday, hopefully it will slow it down some. Too scared to try Propecia, seems like playing russian roulette with your dick.

I got on it July 2018. So it's only been a bit over a year.

July 2017, I had a lot of stress (gf cheated on me, best friend of 7 years scammed money out of me, I had just taken out a car loan etc) so I think 90% sure it was because of that because the thinning didnt get worse afterwards

add rogaine and biotin into the regimen and it should look a lot better after a few months, otherwise just shave it and say fuck it.

my hair has been like that since I was 16. i'm 24 now. have had my head shaved in the military, wasn't a big fan of it but I can see myself shaving it again when I start going fully bald

just cut your hair short, especially on the sides. have your hair cut at least once a month and no one will ever notice unless you point it out. bonus points if you're tall and people rarely see the top of your head

Haha this! I am over 6 feet and get my hair cut once a month. Keeping it short is wise. Or dye it darker if you have blonde hair and it's longer

to add, avoid excessive showering. wash your body, but don't touch your hair too much, and if you do, get yourself an anti-balding shampoo. it'll help stimulate hair growth. also, don't rub your head too much when using a towel. that just damages the hair..

i personally use Alpecin. it's no miracle product, but I've started noticing the bald spot less since starting to use a little over a year ago.

from what I've heard, any anti-dandruff shampoo works fine too. i don't mind spending a little extra on an expensive one, but if you're on a budget just get the good old anti dandruff head & shoulders
