yeah, a lot of people play it for sure but not for very long i think, like its hard to find a reason to put in more than a couple hours a day, at least casually

i hear that wow is more casual than what it used to be so you might be able to get really strong even if you play casually, i see casual players as people that don't really grind when they don't want to
sucks the game doesn't have more content for casuals to do but idk much about wow so maybe i'm wrong

i think saying its more casual is definitely true, but i think the reason its harder to sit down and grind stuff out is that a lot of things are time gated now, the only things you can really just grind out over and over are mythic+ dungeons (just really hard versions of dungeons, enemies get scaled up in difficulty and stuff)
most everything else is time gated

time gates aren't fun at all, they're so stupid no matter which way you put it, i hate time gates a lot it kind of amazes me that a paid subscription game like wow even has time gates, if i were to put on a tin foil hat i'd say it's in there just to make you pay more subscriptions to get the thing you want

y-yeah, there's a bit of leeway in certain cases, but im pretty sure mythic+ is the only truly farmable PvE content in the game right now

like the whole 27 or so hrs during the cruise i didn't feel it only when i got home.
like im sure i downed about 4,5 Liter of energy drinks
but i wouldn't have made it without them... it's a double edged sword it really is
beaches were fine... though france was poop since it rained
beach in belgium was way nicer +sunny
i planned on recording the whole 27hr drive with dash cam but it seems even though i set it to lowest quality & resolution.. 27hrs is still a shitload of footage to record and sadly the cam only supports 32Gb and they did fill up quick...
so it overwrote old stuff
i am left with some france but mostly me driving home through belgium & Luxembourg

idk much about mmo servers so maybe they waited until people were basically begging for vanilla servers before they said they were going to do it to make sure it makes them a profit

i kind of miss the times when big game companies made games to express themselves and create things for people to enjoy, making profit is never a bad thing and should never be looked down upon but game devs are becoming too greedy and think of making money first, then think about making an enjoyable game, i hope we get over this shitfest of game development soon
