Go out to any county road or not-busy highway and collect the grass that looks like pic related.
Fill up as many trashbags with it as you can fit in your car.
Stop by the hardware store and get some acid, preferably muriatic acid, and a few tins of zippo fluid/BBQ starter, etc.

What you're going to do is you're going to mash the living fuck out of the grass, would be best if you have a processor or blender.
Then you're going to put it in a GLASS jug, preferably one you can lift reasonably easily. You're going to put ALL the grass mulch into it and fill it up with the acid.

Let it sit, shake it 6 times a day for 10 minutes. Don't be a pussy.
On day 3 or 4 add ALL the lighter fluid and shake the living shit out of it. SHAKE THE FUCK OUT OF IT.
In 5-6 days you'll see tons of gray shit floating on the surface. You've now defatted your solution.

Drain the acid through a few coffee filters. Then put it in the oven on a backing sheet and bake it until all the acid evaporates.
There should be some yellowish/orangeish crust/crystals on the sheet.
