If you grind your own beef you can eat it rare. I make some badass steak burgers from rough grinds out of a food processor.

medium rare steak is great, medium rare hamburger is great for e. coli.

Lose the mustard eww. Mayo is acceptable. Also put garlic salt and pepper on it while cooking. Its done enough for most people dont worry about faggots calling it raw. They can cook thiers how they want
