But for real dudes, when your hair starts to thin, leaving it kinda long like that is the worst thing you can do. More thinning hair does not make it look less thin. It makes you look like Gollum.

99% of the time thinning = balding
You'll probably never get it back 100% without transplants, but if you take a full course of drugs you could definitely see improvement. Finasteride to treat the underlying cause and stop it from getting worse, then Minoxidil to promote new growth. Some people have better results than others, usually the earlier you catch it the better
