In my experience not really. Autismos can either be extremely tolerant or hyper sensitive to pain. One gf was that sensitive that any form of BDSM was out of the question and the other wanted me to punch her in the face, so go figure.
Generally though, they will ideolise you because most autistic people think they are worthless and will never find love, so they clamp on.

depends on how emotionally independent you are. With an autistic gf you need to set very clear boundaries because the autist REQUIRES control, and it's either given or taken. There's little room for compromise and flexibility when the person you're with has a brain that requires routine and predictability
