I just ordered my fifth BD dildo last week (large Orochi) The knot on a medium Tucker is going to be about the width of a beer can. Compare a beer can to your biggest dildo, it's still a doable size but it's bigger than you think. Get it in at least medium firmness, I have a medium Chance in soft and it's floppy, it's tricky to get it in and if I try to ride it hard it likes to slip out sometimes.

Most of their "medium" toys are too large to fit in a typical ass, unless you happen to be a multi year anal fisting veteran. Seriously, check and double check the dimensions. Also, go for the smoother toys. The really textured ones are just gonna murder your ass.
