Any of you 9ther flabby ass fucks on cpap. Im on night 7 shit makes my ears pop any time I swallow, and been having real vivid dreams. Now instead of needing 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep im now waking up every 2 or 3 hours but I feel pretty rested after about 8 or so hours
lurking because I snore loudly and think I have the apnea. i tried those nose things and they didnt work. i also had someone recommend to try sleeping with a mouthguard in but I had mixed results. Mostly I would just spit the fucker out or it was large & uncomfortable to try and sleep with.
I feel better on it but I would he lieing if i said it was easy to use. Its uncomfortable and restraining but I do breath much easier.

been using one for a couple years. A resmed airsense 10 with an amara view mask. lost weight but need to have my tonsils removed as I had tonsillitis years ago and they just killed it with penicillin which left them huge. No problems with it, sleep well and can be gtg after 5 hrs sleep. Also a so-clean machine is good to have

Stop giving in to the pharma industry and start vaping nicotine. Unlike they claim, it's actually beneficial for you if you get it from somewhere else than inhaling toxic combustion products.
Beneficial effects of nicotine onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1360-0443.1991.tb01810.x > When chronically taken, nicotine may result in: (1) positive reinforcement, (2) negative reinforcement, (3) reduction of body weight, (4) enhancement of performance, and protection against: (5) Parkinson's disease (6) Tourette's disease (7) Alzheimers disease, (8) ulcerative colitis and (9) sleep apnea
Been using my CPAP for about 7 years now, can't sleep without it. I could have my tonsils & adenoids removed to widen my airway, but I'd rather not have surgery.

Had to get the full mask because I'm a dirty mouth breather. All that forced air gave me the worst stomach pains & longest farts in the morning. >no smell (all air) >lasted at least 60 seconds >forcing a complex fart out became a chore of grunting & catching my breath
I used to agree, but fat people are really mentally ill. Not that they arent weak willed too, but id treat them like a tranny or a retard, not like a cigarette addict

i'm 80kg and I need one. snoring or choking in your sleep doesnt automatically = fat
Parker Smith
Fat people are subhuman and should be treated as such, the gluttons of society should be gassed A good 95% of cases they are obese

Great loosing weight fast, first few days suck but it gets better after, still waking up in the night but a whole lot less than before and I'm less tired overall.

I start snoring heavily and get slight apnea when I've been drinking or am massively hungover. I pretty much need to quit booze or I'll be on CRAP in a few years even though healthy weight and everything. Necking seems to be like a good idea right about now as I get shitty sleep anyway and I would not be able to get any shuteye with that fucking facehugger on my nose at night

My fat ass uncle got apnea a few years ago. Best thing is he works as a professional driver and had like 10 close calls crashing his truck due to not getting proper sleep at night before he swallowed that bitter pill and got himself a machine
