Unlikely but in most countries sexting a minor is a crime and you will go to jail if caught. I would not risk it

Wrong, chatroulette and omegle keeps logs of all conversations for up to 48 hours to comply with usa law. If there is a video chat, a screenshot is taken at the beginning of the conversation to be stored encypted for law enforcement for a standard 48 hours.
If the report button is clicked, the conversation is stored for longer and inspected. If they find illegal conversation or content they forward it to law enforcement who will then have your IP address and start monitoring.
Depending on the severity of the offense, they may just monitor your internet usage for a while or obtain a warrant to be questioned.
You can also get reported within the 48 hour period by contacting omegle directly at support@omegle.com. Sometimes they also have staff monitoring conversations, not eavesdropping but as a normal user. They could be anyone, the girl might have really been 18 and has already forwarded your ip address.

Depends, are you in the USA?
I'm in Europe and here things are very relaxed in that front, especially since most of the illegal stuff I access is in the US. So the US would have to demand the EU and then my own home country for extradition etc etc...
That'd only happen if I did some weird trading shit or selling, all I do is watch/save and minor interacting (lol pun) been doing it for close to 15 years when this board was active with illegal shit and nothing ever happened.
I do of course take lots of care with proper paid VPN's but you know...
