You guys are so far away from the common sense that a gun should not be banned. I know of a lot of people that get on reddit and think "I wanna try, but I just don't feel right", I have to have the right of them to express themselves and even if they disagree I can still take my guns out and protect myself (as far as I'm concerned)
I've got a long enough explanation because gun bans come straight from the mouths of people who are really passionate about it. It would have been better if those comments were posted on the /r/canada subreddit, but it's not because I don't appreciate the idea. The comment "I wanna try but I just don't feel right" actually isn't just a comment because people are mad that someone else feels the way they do about a thing because they don't want to make a habit of it and have people make up hate mails. It's because we as individual users, whether this subreddit rules on reddit or IRL, take the time to come up with our own reason to ban something. There's something so deeply and deeply felt about the individual that it goes without saying that I will do just about anything in my power to try to break or frustrate these particular people over their stance on gun control legislation.
