In working for a company, you indirectly (or sometimes directly) agree to represent yourself in a manner they find reflective of the company as a whole. I have a Discord server for fursuits and I can attest to this, tonnes of girls.
Males and females have different tastes in furry style, so having furry art be male-biased and fursuits be female-biased will mean that the two have a different style.
