When I was 9 years old I fell off a ledge and ended up breaking my nose, my mother didn't want to spend money on a hospital trip to get it fix so she tried to fix it herself and ended up pushing my nose in to "fix" it but it wasn't set properly and my nose is basically lopsided it because of it. Even walking down the street or in a store to get groceries let's me see people scowl or stare in disgust. It'd cost me thousands of dollars to get it fixxed and I don't have that kind of job or money.
As far as my voice goes, it's my literal voice. I am educated and even have a generic AA. I just literally sound stupid even when I'm talking about complex things because of how my voice is.
